Online Lunch Meditation Practice Tuesdays!
I am incredibly excited about offering an online lunch meditation practice on Tuesdays from 12:15 to 12:45 (Eastern Time)! We will practice multiple forms of moving and sitting meditation to discover and meet various mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual needs. This is a drop-in practice; you do not need to register or sign up to participate. It is OK to join after we have started. No previous meditation experience is necessary!

A Special First Degree Reiki Training on Saturday and Sunday, November 11 & 12, 2023, from 1:00-6:00. First Degree Traditional Usui Reiki Training is where all new Reiki students begin their Reiki Training. In this class, students receive all four First Degree Reiki Attunements, practice sharing and receiving Reiki, and be ready to share Reiki with friends, family, and emergency situations. When I got sober in 1989, I often heard a woman named Claire share, "I didn't see the light. My ass was dragging, and I felt the heat"! This was me. The walls were closing in, and I felt like I had no options. I know that I am not alone in this experience of people wanting or needing someone to change, but they weren't ready or willing.
